The house has been beautifully remodeled with premium finishes, featuring a private pool that showcases spectacular vistas (please note that the pool is not fenced or gated). Enjoy outdoor living at its finest with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ facilities, and an array of fruit trees for your delight. You will find yourself within walking distance of tennis courts, shopping centers, and restaurants, while a brief bike ride will lead you to the beach.

Inside, you'll appreciate two inviting living rooms, one equipped with an 85-inch TV and the other with a cozy 60-inch TV. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for your convenience. Two additional bedrooms on the lower level feature queen-size beds, accompanied by a bunk room designed for fun, furnished with two full-size beds and a twin bed. For extra sleeping arrangements, the upstairs living room includes a fold-out twin bed, while the couch downstairs can comfortably accommodate two more guests.

This exceptional home comes complete with all the essentials to enhance your Hawaiian vacation experience, including bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, snorkeling gear, coolers, and beach towels. Enjoy everything the Big Island has to offer from this remarkable retreat!

Paradise Found is a hosted rental, with attentive hosts available to assist you as much or as little as you wish during your stay.

Important Pool Safety Information:

Please be aware that there is a pool on the property which is NOT fenced. To ensure safety, alarms are installed on all sliding doors leading to the pool area. Prior to opening these doors, you must deactivate the alarm by pushing the bypass button; failure to do so will trigger a loud alarm. Once the alarm is bypassed, you will have 10 seconds to open and close the door before the alarm sounds again. Remember to keep doors closed at all times to maintain safety and prevent insects from entering.

It is imperative to supervise children constantly around the pool. Children aged 12 and under, as well as individuals who cannot swim, must always be accompanied by a capable swimmer while on the pool deck. Running on the pool deck is strictly prohibited, as it can be slippery when wet. Please avoid diving or jumping into the shallow pool.

The pool is also equipped with child safety devices, including a certified PoolGuard PGRM-2 Pool Alarm that complies with ASTM standards, and a yellow and red floating device that detects electrical currents. Do not remove the white bracket of the PoolGuard Pool Alarm unless you are using the pool. Follow the provided instructions to manage the alarm correctly during your pool time, and ensure the electrical current detector remains in the water at all times. If the device alarm activates, exit the pool immediately and inform us.
