Check-In: Your check-in time is at 4 PM. Early check-in may be available if the home is ready and not occupied. Please arrange this in advance with the owner/property manager. Fees apply for early check-ins ranging from $100 to $400 based on the requested time.

Check-Out: You are kindly asked to check out no later than 11 AM. Late check-out may also be possible, subject to prior arrangement with applicable fees. Please leave the property tidy, removing trash and placing it in designated outdoor garbage cans.

Maximum Occupancy: The home is designed to accommodate only those specifically registered in your booking. Children are counted towards total occupancy, and to comply with local regulations, no more than 16 individuals may be on the premises at once.

Important Information: Prior to arrival, the property manager, Ron Rumley, will contact you to arrange your check-in and provide necessary information. The first supply of household essentials such as soap and paper products will be provided, but please note that daily maid service is unavailable, and guests are responsible for bringing personal items and food.

Please be aware of house rules, including supervision of children, prohibition of house parties, disturbances, smoking, and pets. Only two vehicles may be parked unless pre-approved by the owner/property manager. Maintenance and repairs can occur during your stay, and we ask guests to respect the home and its furnishings.
