Summary: This condo exceeded our expectations. I was initially worried about getting groceries nearby without having to drive, but that turned out to be a non-issue. There’s a deli market just a 2-minute walk from the condo with milk, eggs, cereal, Bisquick pancake mix, maple syrup —everything our kids love for breakfast. There’s also a great coffee shop called Berry Bird about a 5-minute walk southeast toward Ali’s Drive, offering an excellent selection of coffee drinks. Just two more minutes past that is a small farmers market next to Living Stone Church, with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, freshly baked bread, cinnamon rolls (they sell out fast!), and cookies. Lastly, the condo is actually much closer to the ocean than it appears in the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise.
