Additionally, the Kona Tower of the Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club will undergo renovation and exterior painting from June 23, 2025, through December 18, 2025. During this period, guests may encounter limited-view obstructions if their accommodations are within this building, as well as minor construction noise daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We eagerly anticipate your visit but want to make you aware that the Hawaii Electric Company has announced periodic power outages that could affect our resort. These outages are part of the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) strategy intended to prevent wildfires when conditions warrant. Expect these measures to remain active on Maui, Oahu, and the greater Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future. Outages may occur unexpectedly and last from one to three days.
