Situated right on Ali'i Drive, near the 2-mile marker, Casa De Emdeko is one of the most sought-after complexes in Kailua Kona. The property showcases beautifully landscaped tropical grounds complete with a cabana, BBQ facilities, two swimming pools, and an oceanfront man-made beach area, making it the perfect tropical getaway.

When you book your stay, you will be asked to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies. A copy of these policies can be found on our website. They detail essential house rules for our condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is also available for your peace of mind. Please note that rates and availability are subject to verification upon booking, and cleaning fees are combined with a service fee along with Peace of Mind Protection.

We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties; however, please be aware that pests may enter through open doors and windows or even hitchhike on luggage. Common tropical visitors include geckos, ants, and various types of insects, which are normal in this environment.

At Kona Coast Vacations, we value your vacation time. Although we typically do not greet guests personally, we provide clear directions from the airport along with access codes once your reservation is confirmed. Should you require assistance, you can reach us anytime, as our office in Kailua Kona operates seven days a week, ready to help with any inquiries.

As a guest of KCV, you receive complimentary access to Kona Concierge. You will find a property information book inside your rental, filled with valuable details pertaining to your island residence.

Please note that a $10 daily additional person fee applies for any occupants beyond the standard capacity of 2 guests. During your stay, you have full access to all complex amenities, including the pool and BBQ areas, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment.
