GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private access to the entire two-story condo, with the exception of a few clearly marked and locked owner's closets. Self-check-in is simple and secure with a digital keypad.

- Property Layout: This is a two-story condo unit located on the building's second floor. There is no elevator. Both bedrooms and both full bathrooms are on the condo's upper level.
- Amenities: Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only. The main living area is cooled by a large ceiling fan and island breezes. The fireplace is decorative and not operational.
- Parking: Only one dedicated parking spot is included. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site (e.g the plaza across the road). Parking in designated guest spots for over 4 hours, vehicle swapping, or using other reserved spots will result in a $100 fine from the HOA.
- No pets permitted.
- No smoking permitted inside or outside the unit.
$500 fine will be imposed if there is an evidence of smoking both inside and outside. Also if ‘no smoking’ rule is not followed the reservation will be cancelled without any refund.
- Like all Hawaii short-term vacation rentals, Sunglide Vacations Suite has mandatory quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
- Safety & Privacy: For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. A noise monitoring device is in the living room to ensure quiet hours are respected; it only measures decibel levels and does not record audio or video.
- Island Living: Hawaii’s tropical climate means you may encounter local wildlife and insects like bugs, cockroaches, ants, and geckos. Keeping screen doors closed and the unit clean will help minimize their presence. Pest sightings are not grounds for refunds.
- Travel Disclosure: Travel to a remote island has inherent risks. The owner is not liable and will not issue refunds for disruptions beyond our control, such as flight changes, natural events (volcanoes, tsunamis), utility outages, or other emergencies. By booking, you assume all responsibility for these risks.
