You'll find a Roku-enabled television ready for your favorite streaming services, perfect for cozy evenings in after a day spent at the beach. The couch conveniently transforms into a twin-sized bed for extra sleeping space.

To your right, relax in a dedicated workspace featuring a sleek sliding door. If work beckons you while in paradise, enjoy an unobstructed mountain view and relish the soothing ocean breeze as you immerse yourself in the vibrant surroundings. Behind you lies a sleeping nook ideal for enjoying morning sunrises and listening to the melodious calls of exotic birds.

As you make your way back to the main living space, take note of the elegant mid-century modern dining set that overlooks the community garden—keep an eye out for geckos darting through the lush foliage. The kitchen offers glimpses of the ocean, where you might even hear the rhythmic crashing of waves. From here, step onto your private lanai equipped with lounge chairs and peek-a-boo ocean views. Don’t forget to explore the deck box filled with beach gear such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment for a fun-filled beach outing.

Inside, you will find a well-stocked bathroom complete with towels for your entire party, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Next, enter the bedroom tastefully decorated with a jungle theme, featuring a full-length mirror and a luxurious California King bed. Although your journey may have felt cramped, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and relax here. A window air conditioning unit is available above the bed for added comfort during warmer days, complemented by ceiling fans and the gentle ocean breeze. The closet holds essentials like sheets for the pull-out bed, plus a pack and play and folding high chair for little ones, ensuring your family feels at home.

You will have exclusive access to your assigned parking space, the condominium unit, and the private lanai, except for the cabinet designated as "Host's Cabinet." Community amenities include pool access, a BBQ and dining area, and a lush tropical garden. Please respect any areas marked as private or restricted.

Things to know
• Major maintenance on the pool is expected from July 8, 2024, to August 19, 2024, during which the pool may not be accessible to guests.
• While the complex is oceanfront, please be aware that our unit only offers peekaboo ocean views.
• Most homes in Hawaii do not feature air conditioning. The window unit cools the bedroom but may not reach the entire condo; opening windows and using fans promotes both comfort and eco-friendliness.
• Our unit faces Ali’i Drive, so expect some traffic noise from the street.
• Accessing the unit requires stairs, as there is no elevator available.
• The community pool, while beautifully maintained, does not feature a hot tub and boasts stunning views.
• New construction is underway across the street, leading to daytime noise, though your evening and sleep hours should remain undisturbed. We apologize for any inconvenience during this project.
