Welcome to Halii Kai 24H, your perfect getaway in the stunning oceanfront pool club located in Waikoloa Village, Hawaii. This professionally managed vacation rental features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your companions.

The master bedroom has a king bed, while the guest bedrooms include a queen bed and two twin beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, there are two fold-out futon mats available.

Your rental comes with fantastic amenities, including beach gear that accommodates maximum occupancy. You'll find beach towels, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a small portable cooler ready for your use. Please note that all accommodations are non-smoking, providing a fresh and clean environment for your stay.

Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers for your convenience. While we do not offer baby equipment due to safety and sanitation reasons, our concierge service can assist you with local rentals. Additionally, this property maintains a pet-free policy to ensure the comfort of all guests.

Parking is available for one vehicle in a reserved spot, with an option for a second car in unmarked or visitor spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Please remember to display your parking pass on the dashboard during your stay, as oversized or commercial vehicles are not permitted.

Enjoy access to the community's swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room right on-site at Halii Kai. For sports enthusiasts, there's also a tennis court available on a first-come, first-served basis. Central air conditioning is included throughout the unit, ensuring a cool retreat after a day in the sun.

You will appreciate the convenience of a BBQ grill on the lanai, as well as a community BBQ area near the swimming pool. Every rental includes a washer and dryer, along with basic cable TV available in the living room and both guest bedrooms. Complimentary WIFI is provided for your connectivity needs.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with cookware, drinkware, utensils, dishware, a drip-style coffee maker, blender, and rice cooker, making meal preparation a breeze.

As the only oceanfront resort in Waikoloa Beach Resort, Hali'i Kai features an exclusive private Ocean Club, complete with a restaurant and bar, fitness cabana, multi-level lagoon-style pool with a waterfall, in-water lounge chairs, hot tub, and BBQ area. The stunning sunset views and opportunities for whale watching from November to March are not to be missed.

Located near the Coconut Grove in Building 24, Halii Kai offers easy access to nearby shopping and dining options, such as the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market, and Kings Shops, all just half a mile away. The beautiful Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is only a short drive away from your vacation rental.

All of our properties come with a basic 'start-up supply' to enhance your stay, including laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, and salt/pepper. However, cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil are not provided, so you may wish to stock up at nearby grocery stores.

Please be aware of a mandatory resort fee of $25 per day plus tax per unit for the use of parking, Halii Kai resort facilities, pool area, fitness area, and towel service. This fee is settled at the Halii Kai office upon arrival.
