Please make sure to rinse off the equipment after use; a water hose is conveniently located on the left side of the house.

Please note our house rules:

• Shoe Removal: Kindly remove your shoes before entering the home to preserve our floors.
• No Parties or Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed on the property during your stay.
• Parking: There is space for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage, along with roadside parking options.
• Pets: We prioritize guest health and safety; therefore, we allow one small pet with associated fees upon booking.
• Entertainment: Enjoy YouTube TV and easily access your Netflix and Amazon accounts on our smart TVs.
• Fitness Center: A new fitness and recreation center will be available next door by December 2023.
• Security: Feel secure with four external cameras monitoring the premises and 24-hour guarded entry.
