Quiet Time:

Being part of a gated residential area means being considerate of your neighbors. Please refrain from hosting parties, events, or large gatherings. The Homeowners Association requests quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking:

Driveway parking is provided; however, please note that street parking is not permitted.

Guest Access:

You will enjoy full access to the entire home, aside from a few locked closets and cabinets for management use.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific cancellation policies apply depending on the booking platform. No refunds are available within 30 days of check-in if booked through our website.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 USD is required.
• Please report any issues during your stay immediately so we can address them promptly. Refunds for cleaning or nightly rates cannot be processed after checkout. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, with a penalty of $500 USD for any traces of smoking inside the unit.
• A no-pet policy applies; however, pets may be allowed with a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
• Additional guest fees of $50 per person per night will apply for more than six guests.
