Each of the five bathrooms now features sophisticated curb-less walk-in showers for a seamless experience.

The residence is adorned with walnut real-wood engineered flooring, replacing all previous carpeting, while the Cumaru wood flooring in the kitchen, family room, breakfast nook, and hallway has been beautifully refinished. For your comfort, a Mitsubishi air conditioning unit has been installed in the lower bedroom, and every sleeping space is furnished with Cal King beds—two new, while three others received updated mattresses and box springs recently. The interior has been freshly painted, with updated lighting and the addition of new blinds contributing to the home's serene ambiance.

This estate comprises five spacious bedrooms, each outfitted with a Cal King bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private lanai. The upstairs master suite features a cozy writing nook and a lanai that overlooks the ocean, alongside a lavish attached bathroom complete with a large soaking tub, separate shower, private toilet, and dual vanity sinks. The main floor master bedroom includes similar amenities and an inviting lanai overlooking the pool area. The lower floor bedroom, accessible through French doors, offers mesmerizing ocean views and is equipped with a leather loveseat, desk, and a small table for relaxing activities.
