Other Things to Note:

• All guests must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Violations of house rules can lead to immediate removal.
• PARKING - Available on-site for an additional fee of $28.00 per day.
• SUPPLIES - The unit comes equipped with initial supplies; restocking is the guest's responsibility.
• GUESTS - Only individuals booked for the unit may enter. No parties, events, or commercial photography allowed.
• QUIET HOURS - Observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• CHECK-IN - Begins at 4:00 PM. The primary guest must be present and is responsible for relaying rules to others.
• CHECK-OUT - By 11:00 AM, with late check-out available for an extra fee, following specific procedures.
• TELEVISION - Log into streaming services using your credentials and remember to log out before leaving.
• LAUNDRY - Shared facilities are on the 8th floor, payable via PayRange app or credit card.
• REPORTING - Please report any damages or issues immediately. Guests are liable for damages incurred during their stay.
• OWNER/MANAGER ACCESS - Access may be required for maintenance or emergencies, with reasonable notice given.
