Summary: The rooms are in the hotel Ala Moana but the room is owned by Zelloo. The first day we got there, i let them know that the TV was not working and they said they will update me on when they will fix it, and no response regarding the TV after that. I messaged them that the toilet was clogged and no response from them. I had to go buy a plunger and unclog the toilet myself. We stayed there for 5 days and on day 2 we had no more clean towels left. I messaged them and was told to go to the pool and check them out from there but according to the hotel, towels from the pool need to be returned back to the pool. So i had to go buy towels to used for the remainder of my time there. The hotel was nice but the zelloo part was no help with issues or providing necessary supplies. Ran out of toilet paper on day 2 and i didnt even bother messaging since they did not help with anything. I just went and bought it myself. I would not recommend zelloo properties to any of my friends and i will never use them again in the future ever again. Lesson learned i guess.
