The facilities at the Ala Moana Condo include a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even a Starbucks—all provided at an excellent value compared to other accommodations in the area.

Please note that there are specific amenities and fees associated with your stay. A daily resort fee of $25 per night and a key issuance fee of $50 applies, which grants access to the hotel’s pool, sauna, and gym. These fees will be reflected in your total payment. However, please be aware that room service and additional hotel services will not be available during your stay.

Construction work at the Ala Moana Hotel Condo is scheduled from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For safety reasons, all lanai doors will be secured to only open 4 inches for ventilation starting December 1, 2022, and this is expected to last until March 31, 2023, subject to change.

The stunning views from your studio will include partial ocean vistas, sights of Ala Moana Beach Park, and the bustling cityscape. Although there is no designated parking within the condo, there is paid parking available in the hotel basement, which was priced at $30 as of July 2019—please verify current rates and availability.

This property type is a hotel-style condominium designated as an ADA unit, and check-in is self-managed. To retrieve room keys, guests must register at the front desk; however, there is no traditional front desk service as this unit operates as a vacation rental.
