Summary: When we arrived they could not find the key to our room. She finally figured out she had checked someone else into it. She went to the room and had the other guest move out. Gave us the keys. The bath mat was on the floor and dirty. The shower was wet and used. The room was given to us with no cleaning in between. Kind of gross feeling.
