Summary: Yes, nice ocean view. Indirect access to beach in front of other properties. In spite of being asked to use louvre rather than ir conditioning, the rank of louvre beside the sliding glass doors would not open. Cranking the handle did nothing. We also experienced a leak under the kitchen sink which was addressed promptly by the management.
