The condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. The master bedroom includes convenient side tables, while a portable AC unit ensures your comfort during warmer nights. The concrete structure keeps the interior pleasantly cool in the winter months, so you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere year-round.

In addition to the air conditioning, ceiling fans circulate refreshing breezes throughout the entire unit, and a portable fan can be positioned wherever you feel it is needed most. The living space features a pull-out sofa sleeper with a real queen-size mattress, providing additional sleeping options.

Stay entertained with high-speed WiFi and a SmartTV that supports various streaming services such as Netflix, DisneyPlus, Amazon Video, Hulu, ESPN+, and more. With internet speeds reaching up to 500Mbps downstream, it's ideal for streaming, video calls, or remote work endeavors.

The open-concept layout connects the living area directly to the kitchen, where a bar-style seating arrangement allows for casual dining. While there is currently no formal dining table, the fully equipped kitchen caters to those who enjoy home cooking. Your access experience is seamless with a smart keypad lock installed on the door; I’ll send you a personalized access code on the morning of your arrival. For security, the code changes with each new guest booking. Please note that our condo association requires pre-arrival check-in forms. Additionally, as we have young children and go to bed early, I may not be available for late-night inquiries.
