Positive: The view is mesmerizing even if seen during a "Kona storm" (which we experienced). We loved our stay. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower and laundry facilities. The property has a nice swimming pool.

Negative: We would have liked to have had access to a gym in order to workout during poor weather.
