Our spacious townhome features the highly sought-after 'A' floor plan, complete with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and over 1600 square feet of living space, plus an expansive 428 square foot lanai. In addition, a private single-car garage holds various recreational items, including boogie boards, snorkel gear, an inflatable SUP, four adult bicycles, scooters (Razor), beach chairs, a rolling cooler, pool toys, umbrellas, and more—ensuring you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay with ample parking just steps away.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani, built in 2006, is a secure, gated community nestled along the fourth and twelfth fairways of the prestigious Francis H. Brown Golf Course (North Course). The low-density design, accentuated by lush tropical landscaping, sets the stage for relaxing by the tranquil guest-only free-form pool featuring a lava rock waterfall and hot tub, or simply unwinding on your own private lanai. Take advantage of the community's amenities, which include a fitness center and clubhouse.

KITCHEN:
Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen fully equipped with granite countertops and GE appliances, everything you might need to create a culinary masterpiece. Enjoy meals around the round, solid teak dining table that accommodates six, along with two complete dishware sets for formal or casual dining. The kitchen comes stocked with essential items such as a food processor, blender, toaster, rice cooker, condiments, sauces, dry goods, and much more.

LIVING ROOM:
The open-concept living room invites relaxation, whether you are reading or watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, which includes cable (DVR available), a DVD/CD player, and a PS3. You can also enjoy music via the CD player equipped with an optional iPod docking station.

MASTER BEDROOM:
