This expansive home, covering between 5000 to 7000 square feet, is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking to relax together.

While the home does not feature air conditioning, the spacious ceiling fans and refreshing ocean breezes create a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay. Please note that events such as weddings, receptions, or workshops are not permitted at this residence, so kindly refrain from making any special requests regarding these activities.

With an open layout and no barriers between the house and the ocean, it's essential to consider your group’s dynamics before booking your vacation rental. The property complies fully with local regulations, holding a valid STVR permit from the County of Hawaii (STVR-19-349600, NUCR-21-0441).

As you enter through the gates, you will be greeted by lush tropical landscaping surrounding the inviting courtyard swimming pool, which maintains a comfortable temperature ranging from 79 to 88 degrees, depending on the season. With a depth of less than 4 feet, this pool is perfect for family fun - just remember that children who aren't fully potty-trained must wear swim diapers.

Experience elegant living in a relaxed setting, where the covered lanais provide nearly 7000 square feet of seamless indoor/outdoor living space.

The two-story Great Room invites you to unwind while enjoying splendid ocean views. For dining, the beautiful lanai accommodates a table for 8 to 10 guests, complemented by large chairs for lounging and a punee for relaxation. There’s even a built-in bar for added convenience. A small sandy beach nearby is perfect for playful moments with the kids, and you're just a short snorkel away from the tide pools in front of the home.

Observe humpback whales during the season, spot spinner dolphins, and marvel at green sea turtles right from the premises. The vibrant Puako reef is renowned for some of the finest snorkeling and walk-in scuba diving opportunities available on the Big Island, and being situated between multiple beach access points means you'll enjoy an exclusive experience with minimal foot traffic.

Experience maximum privacy in four generously sized bedrooms. On the main floor, the Kona and Kohala suites offer stunning ocean views and have direct access to the lanai. Both suites are elegantly outfitted with new King mattresses and plush linens, featuring spacious bathrooms complete with separate dressing areas and large open-air enclosed showers adorned with tropical plants.

Upstairs, the two additional bedrooms boast expansive ocean vistas along with a private lanai stretching the length of the house. The Aloha suite features a new King bed alongside a relaxing punee (Hawaiian twin bed), while the Turtle suite is equipped with Twin beds that can be converted into a King, plus a daybed—making it ideal for kids or parents wishing to share a room. Each upstairs bedroom includes a bathroom with large walk-in showers.

For entertainment, each bedroom is fitted with a TV, with a total of six televisions available throughout the estate, offering numerous premium cable channels. There's also a DVD player and a variety of movies stored in the living room cabinets. Keep cool and comfortable with ceiling fans, portable fans, and louvered windows in every room. While there is no air conditioning, leaving the louvers open allows for a breezy environment. Cozy blankets and quilts are provided on each bed for night-time comfort.

If work needs to get done, several designated workstations are available with excellent wifi coverage across the property. The internet service is optimal for streaming and typical work but may not support latency-sensitive applications. Please refrain from unplugging the modem or router, as doing so could disrupt the system.

The upstairs office includes a printer for your use, along with paper and spare ink. You’ll also find another punee available for relaxation or extra sleeping arrangements if required—please let us know in advance if this is anticipated.

Please be mindful that mattresses should remain on the beds, and moving furniture inside or outside is prohibited to maintain the property's condition.
