High ceilings and expansive windows allow natural light to fill the large living spaces, creating an airy and inviting ambiance. Gather in the cozy living room featuring generous seating and a 60" TV for entertainment. Just outside lies the tropical lanai, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture where your entire ohana can dine or unwind beneath the stars—perhaps even soaking in the hot tub framed by swaying palms.

When it’s time to retire for the night, each bedroom offers its own distinct charm and comfort. The master suite is truly a haven, complete with a private living area, California king-size bed, full bath, and an exclusive lanai overlooking the ocean and mountains. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore. The second bedroom, located upstairs, features a king-size bed and ensuite bath, showcasing tranquil views of island pines and the majestic Mount Hualālai. A bright third bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed and bathroom, ensuring everyone enjoys their private space, all fitted with California closets. The entire property remains cool thanks to two air conditioning units available throughout the home.

The custom kitchen is designed with functionality in mind, providing everything you need to prepare delightful meals, including a gas range, double-sided refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Vitamix, and ample dishes and cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room comfortably accommodates six guests.

Just 1 mile away lies Kona town and the renowned Ali'i Drive, offering a vibrant array of restaurants, breweries, shopping venues, and outdoor activities. Spend your days paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching, snorkeling, or scuba diving with magnificent manta rays. For your beach outings, you’ll find a variety of essentials stored conveniently behind the side gate, including 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, body boards, assorted toys, a beach wagon, and cooler. A rinsing hose is also available near the main lanai's front steps. Enjoy additional recreational opportunities adjacent to the Kona Bay Estates, which feature tennis and pickleball courts, an aquatic center with a community pool, Olympic size lap pool, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, and a frisbee golf course (please note that some facilities may have limited access due to Covid-19).

Please be aware of the following rental requirements set forth by the State of Hawaii and our policy for guests renting Manta Ray Manor: Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise should not disturb neighboring properties. Sound that carries beyond property boundaries during non-quiet hours must remain reasonable for a residential neighborhood. Guests must park in designated onsite areas, and the property cannot be used for commercial purposes.
