The reef directly in front of your accommodation stands as one of Maui’s premier spots for kitesurfing and windsurfing, offering an exhilarating display when the winds pick up. Just a short stroll away, you'll find S-Turns Beach, renowned for its excellent surfing conditions with both left and right breaks that are perfect for longboarding, especially during the enlightening North or Northwest swells.

Moreover, you can rest assured knowing that our condo was unaffected by the fires in Lahaina. You'll have easy access to various restaurants, grocery stores, and necessary amenities within walking distance. Front Street Lahaina is just about 8 miles away, while Ka'anapali Beach and Whalers Village are approximately 6 miles from your doorstep.

Please note that check-in is unavailable on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day due to holiday observances by our cleaning staff. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

This property adheres to a strict no smoking policy inside the condo and on the lanai. Designated smoking areas are available outside; any violations may lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit.

As a guest, you accept that maintenance staff may occasionally need access to the unit. Please leave the keys inside when you depart and avoid unplugging the wireless internet. Should anything require repair or if items seem missing, simply reach out to us for assistance.

While there is no air conditioning in any of the condos in our building, it is typically unnecessary due to the reliable trade winds that keep the temperature comfortable, generally ranging from 70-74 degrees Fahrenheit. This prime location benefits from cooler breezes compared to other areas like Kihei or Lahaina, making it an affordable choice for visitors.

Keep in mind that occasional still days do occur, though they are rare. On tropical days, temperatures hover between 70-82 F, providing a pleasant atmosphere that is not overwhelmingly humid. Fans are available in both the living room and bedroom for added comfort.

The Homeowners Association (HOA) conducts quarterly pest control spraying to manage the local wildlife common to tropical environments. These treatments utilize pet-safe, water-based pesticides, so please ensure that children and service animals remain clear of treated areas until they fully dry, typically within 10-15 minutes. By renting our condo, you agree to facilitate these scheduled treatments.

Your stay also includes post-checkout cleaning services. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning during your visit, please contact Trinity Maid Service directly at 808-667-6938.

Enjoy an assortment of beach gear including chairs, bodyboards, snorkels, fins, sand toys, and coolers available for use. Additionally, you will find at least four beach towels in the unit to enhance your beach experience.

Parking is provided for one vehicle per condo. Those needing space for additional vehicles will need to make alternative arrangements. Be sure to fill out your temporary parking permit accurately and place it on your dashboard.

Lastly, laundry facilities are available on-site with washing machines and dryers located behind the office. Quarters are required to operate these appliances, but you’ll find it convenient to get through an entire week’s worth of laundry in one go. Remember to clean after use and dispose of sand properly.
