We take immense pride in hosting you at our island sanctuary, providing all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. You will be amazed at how close our condo is to the ocean. From the Lanai, you can literally toss a stone and hit the water. The pool is just as conveniently located in the opposite direction. Enjoy breathtaking and unobstructed views while relaxing on the Lanai. Although our unit showcases a classic charm and has not undergone recent extensive renovations in the kitchen or bathrooms, it is well-maintained and perfect if you're seeking a traditional, ocean-adjacent home. If modern updates are what you're after, this may not be your ideal fit.

Each year, we make minor improvements during our visits. Recent upgrades include a new internet-enabled TV in the living room for streaming Netflix and Amazon, tile repairs, fresh dining chairs, and even boogie boards for fun in the sun. All major appliances and mattresses are less than five years old, while the remaining furniture is under ten years old.

Your comfort is our priority; we recently completed a comprehensive fall cleaning and maintenance session that encompassed bleaching kitchen drawers and cupboards, washing dishes, cleaning under beds, and scrubbing baseboards—ensuring everything is spick and span for your arrival.

You’re also close to Napili Bay Beach, famous for its incredible snorkeling, and the acclaimed Kapalua Bay Beach, rated the #1 beach in America twice. Nearby are Flemings Beach for surfing and boogie boarding, and Honolua Bay, a marine life sanctuary.
Our Maui home is part of a low-rise, low-density condo complex featuring four buildings with only four units each (just five steps up). Nestled on a quiet street, you are minutes away from top-tier island attractions, shopping, dining, and exceptional beaches!
Experience enchanting mornings with rainbows stretching across the water, observe majestic humpback whales breaching during their season, or spot sea turtles gliding along the surface—all visible from the comfort of your Lanai.

Please note that, due to past experiences, we do not rent to residents of Maui or to large groups looking to book multiple units at the Kahana Outrigger.

Summary: Our host was friendly & helpful, though we didn't need much contact as everything went smoothly. Lots of reviews brought up the need for upgrades, but I liked it just the way it was. I liked the tile floors, and the condo was larger than other condos I have stayed. The air conditioning worked great! And can't beat the location.
