Although there may be occasional noise during the day, contractors only work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. When planning your stay, please note that the Royal Kahana charges an $18.00 parking fee plus tax per night, which is payable at check-in. To secure your dates, a 25% hold deposit is required with the final payment due 14 days prior to arrival. Be prepared for additional Hawaii state taxes and a cleaning fee of $150. Unfortunately, discounts are not available.

This non-smoking condo is designed to provide a peaceful environment, so please refrain from smoking or using any vaping products on the premises. Smoking areas are provided at the front of the resort. You will also find restrictions on pets, children, parties, bikes, and surfboards in the unit to ensure a serene experience for all guests.

Unit 1204 offers unparalleled views of the ocean and the stunning island of Molokai, especially at sunset. From October 10th to March 10th, the sun sets further south, but you can still enjoy the ambiance from the pool deck or yard area nearby. This renovated condo features modern furnishings in Hawaiian style, with a granite kitchen and a walk-in granite shower in the bathroom, complete with fresh towels, soaps, shampoo, and hand lotion.

You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs, an ice cooler, and two pool towels (please bring your own beach towels). The Royal Kahana is situated on the picturesque Kahana Bay, providing access to the shoreline and nearby beach, although be aware that conditions may vary based on the season.

The heated pool area is perfect for relaxation, complete with lounge chairs for sunbathing while you admire the stunning sunsets. Additional amenities include an exercise room, ping pong table, shuffleboard, and five barbecue grills for your use. The lobby concierge desk will help you book exciting island activities during your stay.

Convenience is key; across the street, the Kahana Gateway Shopping Center offers various services including Hawaiian Village Coffee, McDonald's, Snorkel Bob's Rentals, Whalers General Store, First Hawaiian Bank, Smile Nail Salon and Massage, and several nearby restaurants like China Boat and Dollie's Pub & Cafe.

For your reference, check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please consider booking an extra night.
