As of January 2021, guests have exclusive access to the Ko'Olina Club Lounge at Honolulu Airport upon arrival or departure. Reservations are recommended due to capacity limitations. The lounge is conveniently located on the first floor of Terminal 2.

Upcoming improvements include a major painting project for both the Beach Tower and Ocean Tower starting January 10, 2022, expected to last until February 2023. Expect some construction noise and visual impacts during this period, but rest assured the beautiful pools will be available. General working hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM.

Additionally, an expansion of the Ko Olina Resort is scheduled, involving the construction of new hotels nearby. While there may be intermittent construction noise during weekdays, access to the lagoons and beach remains unaffected. As of April 2022, specific start dates for construction are yet to be announced.
