Summary: The location and being able to see the water is great. The host was communicative as needed. The layout is a little funky with the need to walk from kitchen through bedroom to get to living room/pull out sofa. And it's run-down...the unit could use a little upgrade, felt dirty. The roosters will wake you early, but not the owner's fault obviously.
