Summary: This is the most well stocked VRBO we have ever rented. Holly is also the most responsive host we have dealt with. The unit includes everything from excellent steak knives, dishes, spices to the basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc. We have never stayed at a VRBO where we were not required to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. None of that was required here because already stocked. The AC worked flawlessly and the instructions to the unit were spot on. The walk to the water/beach is literally four to six car lengths from the building and through the ground-level parking area. The only slight setback for us was the noise (while sleeping) from the road as it is a main one and the unit is close to the roadway. This will not impact you if you live in a busy city and are accustomed to street noise. There is no ocean view, but that was clearly noted in the description of the unit. The building is centrally located which is perfect for driving to snorkeling beaches to the north or the south. One of the best snorkeling beaches in Kona is only a few miles to the south of this unit. The building is also about 8 to 15 minutes (driving) to major shopping. Overall, the unit is the perfect size for two people and very well located.
