Enjoy complimentary parking and housekeeping services (available for an extra charge) during your time at our beautiful resort. A weekly resort fee of $100 will be applied, alongside a Hawaii TAT collected by the resort ranging from $9 to $12 per night.

Your comfortable condo features a spacious master bedroom furnished with either a king or queen bed, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Step out onto your own lanai and soak up the stunning surroundings. Each unit includes HD TV and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age, and upon check-in, a security deposit of $100-$150 will be required on a credit card, which is released upon departure. Please note that the name on the reservation should correspond with the ID of the person checking in. If changes are necessary, a fee of $99 applies.

It’s essential to communicate the correct name for the reservation at the time of booking, as guests cannot check in before the designated guest unless previously arranged. Additionally, only one reservation in your name is permitted for the same dates; overlapping names on multiple bookings may lead to cancellations.

A credit card provided at check-in acts as a security deposit and will be charged for any damages or missing items following inspection after housekeeping. As per resort policies, pets are not allowed, although service animals trained to perform specific tasks are welcome.

To protect against unforeseen circumstances, travel insurance is recommended, and reservations can be transferred for a fee of $99. Expect confirmation emails to arrive at least 14 days prior to your stay.
