Ideally situated near the vibrant shops and restaurants of historic Paia, you have effortless access to local hiking paths, surfing hotspots, and soft white sand beaches that promise an unforgettable getaway.

Explore the surrounding area and discover beautiful sandy shores perfect for soaking up the sun or swimming, alongside world-class spots for surfing, windsurfing, and kiteboarding. Not far from your retreat, you will find incredible attractions such as the majestic Haleakala Crater, the scenic Road to Hana, enchanting rainforest trails, and mesmerizing waterfalls.

The villa itself offers breathtaking 180-degree ocean views from its expansive wrap-around deck and private lawn. You’ll enjoy the convenience of a wet bar, a fully-equipped kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove and oven. With four spacious bedrooms furnished with luxurious California king mattresses and two well-appointed bathrooms, this villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. For entertainment, two bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions.

Your cozy cottage is equally inviting, showcasing high open-beam ceilings, two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and amenities such as internet/WIFI. The master bedroom comes with a King Size Bed and Roku TV, while the additional bedroom features a queen size bed, making it a delightful retreat for up to 4 guests.

Step outside to the alluring private pool area, where lounge chairs, tables, and seating await you. Complementing your stay are beach and pool accessories, along with beach towels. Stay connected with provided Internet/WIFI and relax on a 30-foot private grassy front lawn complete with seating and a gas BBQ grill. Laundry facilities are also available, along with ample onsite parking for your convenience.

Within the grounds, you will find a lovely grassy lawn overlooking the captivating ocean, adorned with six comfortable lounge chairs and two outdoor BBQs to enhance your overall experience. Do keep in mind that the property is perched on a cliff's edge, providing rocky ocean views below. Swimming in this area is not advisable due to safety concerns, as there is no fence bordering the edge; families with young children should consider this when planning their visit.

Fortunately, just a short 4-minute walk from the property lies the delightful Tavares Bay, a sandy beach ideal for swimming that is frequented by friendly turtles, making it perfect for family outings. Please exercise caution while crossing the main road to access the beach.
