Summary: Wonderful spot being close to Hoai Bay with great turtle watching and the sound of the surf. The unit has been upgraded and worked well. The air conditioning was not working but we had been informed of that and offered an alternate unit but we chose to stay with this one as we loved the view and the fans worked well. Only issue that we had was challenges with the dishwasher as it didn't always start when we thought we had it set properly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
