- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Cleaning fees are included in the price and cover additional services such as jacuzzi and pool maintenance, plus a starter kit of basic supplies (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). Note that we recommend bringing extra beach and bath towels if traveling with a large group.
- No pets allowed. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought into the property.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors; a $500 fee applies for violations. Smoking outdoors is permitted.
- Our property may have video/audio surveillance cameras positioned outside the driveway, front door, and within the garage.
- Please observe county-mandated quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors.

For your security, video cameras monitor the following locations: front door, outdoor lower-level slider facing the pool area, wall near the ocean, under the lanai patio, and outside upper lanai facing the ocean.
