Summary: Kona Sea Ridge Villas is a lovely gated community and very clean complex. Much Aloha displayed here from the owners and vacationers alike. The onsite property manager is very friendly, hands on and always available. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Kona town and about 10 minutes by vehicle to Keauhou. The property has the following amenities: pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, hot tub, gym, library and puzzles; BBQ area with picnic tables. The townhouse itself is located on the second floor and accessed via stairs. It is a very spacious comfortable well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a nice lanai and peak-a-boo ocean view. Dinners and beautiful Hawaiian sunsets were enjoyed on the lanai. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property.
