Positive: Cozy, friendly neighbors, convenient location 5 minutes from downtown shops. Love the grills right by the water, and the pool was well maintained, as well as the grounds themselves.
Negative: Parking can be a little tight and they’re very strict on spots, no changes allowed whatsoever.
