The expansive living room invites relaxation with a queen-size sleeper sofa, while the full kitchen, equipped with a rice steamer and washer/dryer, caters to all your needs. For entertainment, enjoy HD cable TV with HGV's In-Room TV Experience, allowing you to stream content directly from your mobile devices.

Please note that upon check-in, guests are subject to a lodging tax imposed by the state of Hawaii. A $250 deposit for incidentals is required. Your daily resort charge includes WiFi, access to Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities, InnSpire for app access and media streaming to the TV, two 16oz bottles of water per day, resort shuttle service, Hawaiian cultural activities, and a daily fitness program.

Upon arrival, your specific suite assignment will be allocated through our Allocate Upon Arrival system, which means the exact suite type may vary. This listing showcases a combination of different suites available on-site. If you have any preferences regarding floor, unit, or building number, please feel free to make your requests known to our dedicated reservation staff, who will strive to accommodate them. Please bear in mind that while we do our best to consider your preferences, exact requests cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, if your stay exceeds four nights, you may be assigned to another suite for housekeeping purposes to maintain our luxury standards.

The person checking in must be at least 18 years old. Upon arrival, have a valid ID and credit card ready in your name, as well as a $250 pre-authorization from any major credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation in your name within 14 days before check-in. If you need to change the name on your reservation after the initial booking, a $99 name change fee will apply. Any damages incurred during your stay will be charged at checkout.

Check-in time is set for 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. The closest airport to Kings' Land is Kamuela Airport, conveniently located just 14 miles away by car.
