Positive: The view, style and location. Permanent residence’s are friendly for the most part. Property manager in 404 was friendly and helpful. The management company was very accommodating on my arrival due to the fact that I flew in five hours prior to check-in and they allowed me to check in at 2 o’clock
Negative: The range/stovetop, unable to read turn knob’s to set med/low simmering. On my exiting to gentlemen showed up to install a new range top. I kinda wished it was there prior to my stay. I understand that not everyone is the same, it would be nice if you provided glass cleaner so guests could clean it daily and upon my existing.
Summary: Aloha. This was my seventh trip to Kona and out of prior condos that I stayed in. I would prefer yours over the others.
