Positive: Proximity to downtown Kona. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning and fans. Great neighborhood with a trail. Responsive staff. Spacious living room area. Cooking utensils and starter items provided. Great outdoor space. Additional space in the basement. Responsive staff.

Negative: No air conditioning in basement unit. Not a huge deal for our party but could be an issue for others. A few details were missed such no soap in shower or clothing items left from previous guests but not a huge deal.
