Summary: Nice unit, very nice ocean view. Close, short walk to Montage and Ritz Carlton for breakfast or dinner. Close to uncrowed pools with ocean views and very close to beaches and hiking trail. Air conditioning worked okay. All was great except having to take trash to dumpster do dishes at checkout. I give a 4.5
