Summary: This property is the best one in the area. Appears to be lower income area with multigenerational families or lots of friends living together. I walked back to the property after sunset and the neighbors I encountered were all friendly. This property has most everything you need except it has a screened only window in the bathroom. Unsure about that one. Especially for security and mildew concerns, which I saw none!
