A separate living space includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, dining area, HD flat screen TV featuring HGV's In-Room TV Experience that allows content streaming from your mobile devices, full kitchen (no oven; two burner stove) with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as an in-room safe and washer/dryer.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. There’s a $250 credit card pre-authorization required at check-in for incidentals. Free self-parking is available; valet is not offered.

- Consider renting a car during your stay. Parking is complimentary at all Hilton Grand Vacations properties throughout Waikoloa.
- Should you need more time at the resort before your scheduled departure, you may reserve a hospitality suite for one-hour intervals on the last day of your stay.
- Most departing flights from Kailua Kona leave in the evening. We recommend booking an extra day’s stay at the resort to maximize your time on the Big Island.
