Welcome to your ideal Hawaiian getaway at Waikoloa! This incredible vacation rental, known as Waikoloa Colony Villas 1605, has been beautifully remodeled in 2022 and is perfect for those seeking both luxury and comfort while enjoying the scenic beauty of Hawaii.

For your convenience, you will receive a Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass, which is valid for stays throughout 2024. This allows a maximum of six guests (children under five are not included in this count) to access the amazing amenities offered by the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. The pass is available from 4 PM on arrival day until 11 AM on departure day, with further instructions provided upon your arrival. You will also enjoy free self-parking for one vehicle at the hotel, along with access to all pools, waterslides, hot tubs, and pool towel service. Please note that the fitness center is available for a nominal $20 fee per person per day, with locker rentals priced at $10 per day.

Regrettably, we do not provide baby equipment due to safety considerations, but you can easily arrange rentals through local services. Pets are not permitted in any of our vacation rentals.

Parking is hassle-free with a one-car garage and an additional reserved spot, accommodating a maximum of two vehicles. Remember to display your parking pass on the dashboard during your stay. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

The property boasts two community swimming pools and one hot tub, along with an onsite fitness room and tennis court available on a first-come, first-served basis. Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable, while the community BBQ area near the pools is great for outdoor cooking. Additionally, a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit, along with TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, and complimentary WiFi.

You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including cookware, utensils, a drip-style coffee maker, blender, and rice cooker. Essential items like laundry detergent, garbage bags, and bath linens are supplied upon arrival; however, guests should plan to restock food essentials at nearby grocery stores once the initial supplies are depleted.

Located in the bustling Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast, you'll be just moments away from the renowned Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop, as well as shopping and dining experiences at the Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops, all within half a mile. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is just a short drive away, making it easy to explore the stunning coastline.
