This charming accommodation comes with exclusive access to the Hilton Pool Pass, valid for stays in 2024, allowing you and up to five guests (children under five do not count towards this limit) to enjoy all the amenities of the luxurious Hilton Waikoloa Hotel.

Your experience begins on your arrival date at 4 PM and lasts until 11 AM on departure day. A pass along with instructional details will be ready for you in your rental upon arrival. Enjoy complimentary self-parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, which also grants you entry to all pools, waterslides, and hot tubs on the premises, complete with pool towel service. There are no blackout dates or restrictions on using the pass, ensuring you can make the most of your stay. If you feel like breaking a sweat, utilize the Fitness Center for just $20 per day, and locker rentals are available at the Kona pool for $10 each day. Please note that this pass is exclusively for registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com, and cannot be sold or transferred. A replacement fee of $250 applies if the pass is lost or damaged. Your accommodations feature a well-thought-out bedding configuration, including a master bedroom with a comfortable King bed and a guest bedroom with two Twin beds. In addition to these cozy sleeping arrangements, the villa offers a range of amenities designed for your convenience.

Each rental comes equipped with essential beach gear, providing beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella, and a portable cooler. For your comfort, all units are smoke-free, including e-cigarettes, and we provide hairdryers in each bathroom. Pets are not allowed in any of our properties, and parking is conveniently available for one vehicle in both a garage and a reserved stall, accommodating up to two cars. Ensure that your parking pass is displayed on the dashboard during your stay, as oversized or commercial vehicles are not permitted. Enjoy two community swimming pools, one hot tub, an onsite fitness room, and a tennis court available on a first-come, first-served basis. Central air conditioning ensures your comfort throughout your visit, while a community BBQ area near the pools provides another space to relax.

Every villa includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. You'll also find basic cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, and complimentary WiFi throughout the property. Your kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, drinkware, utensils, dishware, a drip coffee maker, blender, and rice cooker, making it easy to prepare meals. To simplify your arrival, we provide a basic “start-up supply” including laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponges, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, and salt/pepper. You will need to stock up on additional items as necessary from nearby grocery stores.
