Before booking, please be aware that the exterior woodwork restoration project will take place throughout the complex, including updates to Ohia wood posts, railings, trellises, and A/C enclosures. Each building will undergo work for approximately 2-4 weeks, starting July 2024 and anticipated to finish by March 2025, weather permitting. Access to upper floor lanais will be via ladder, and contractor hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. For specific dates regarding Building I, scheduled work is set for November 7-21, 2024.

This spacious condo features a comfortable bedding layout: a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

A variety of amenities enhance your stay, including all essential beach gear such as towels for maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella, and a small portable cooler. Please note that this is a completely non-smoking property, encompassing both traditional smoking and e-cigarettes throughout the gated community.

For your convenience, a hairdryer is available in each bathroom, and while we do not provide baby equipment due to safety concerns, our Concierge Service can assist with rentals. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the premises.

You will appreciate the parking arrangements, which include space for one vehicle in the garage, with a maximum of two cars allowed. Ensure you display your parking pass on the dashboard to avoid any issues during your stay. Note that oversized or commercial vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Relax and unwind in the two community swimming pools and hot tubs, or maintain your fitness routine in the onsite gym. Central air conditioning ensures your comfort, and community gas BBQ grills are available by both pools for delightful outdoor cooking experiences.

Nestled within the gated community of Waikoloa Beach Villas on the scenic Kohala Coast, you'll be centrally located near the vibrant Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market, and Kings Shops, providing excellent shopping and dining opportunities. For a day at the beach, Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is just a short 15-minute walk or quick drive away.

Your vacation rental includes a basic supply of items like laundry detergent, garbage bags, and kitchen essentials. Once these supplies run out, you may restock at nearby grocery stores.
