Specific dates for work at Building G are scheduled from October 8-22, 2024. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding this project.

Your home away from home features a comfortable bedding configuration: a master bedroom with a king bed, two guest bedrooms (one upstairs with a queen bed and one downstairs with a queen bed), and a sleeper sofa located in the loft area. You'll find everything you need for your stay, including:

Summary: We had an amazing stay at G1 in Waikoloa Beach Villas and can’t recommend it enough!We stayed for six days and were so impressed from the moment we arrived. The villa was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. The three bedrooms were spacious, and the beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, making meals at home simple and enjoyable. There were also plenty of supplies for laundry and bathrooms, along with an abundance of towels, which we really appreciated.One of the highlights was all the beach gear available. From surfboards and boogie boards to snorkel gear and noodles, everything was there for fun beach days without needing to rent anything extra.The location was perfect. The villa is just steps from the shared pool, which made it easy to pop over and unwind. It’s also right next to the golf course, where my husband and son enjoyed a few rounds. Plus, Waikoloa Beach is only about a mile away and absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles and had a great time snorkeling there.Overall, this was a fantastic stay in every way. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area!
