This enchanting property not only boasts breathtaking views of the ocean but also features direct access to Secret Beach through a private trail. With its organic farm adorned with fruit trees and an infinity-edge pool, you can revel in the natural beauty that surrounds you, spanning from Bali Hai to Kilauea Lighthouse.

The luxury compound is comprised of four pavilions seamlessly connected by breezeways. It provides an ideal sanctuary for large groups looking for both comfort and privacy, making Hale 'Ae Kai a truly exceptional retreat.

Room Configuration:

• Central Pavilion: Features a spacious gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, office, state-of-the-art media room, wet bar, and a full bath. Includes one king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A fitness studio is equipped with Cybex Eagle equipment, a Pilates reformer, and a ping pong table.
• Master Pavilion: This expansive king suite spans over 1,100 square feet and includes a living area, wet bar, and a luxurious spa bath with both indoor and outdoor showers, a dressing room, and a walk-in closet. Three lanais offer unique views of either Kilauea Lighthouse or the lush garden and pond.
• Guest Suite Pavilions: Two separate pavilions each feature a king suite, spacious full bath, private indoor/outdoor shower, wet bar, and lanai.

A minimum booking of five nights is required, with a non-refundable deposit of 10% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled 90 days before your arrival, as no refunds are available within this timeframe.

Applicable taxes include a 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), a 4.712% General Excise Tax (GET), and a 3.5% Administrative Processing Fee.
