Summary: By Hawaii standards, this is a budget friendly room, privately owned and within the Ala Moana Hotel, a landmark built in 1970, conveniently located adjacent to the Ala Moana Mall. The room is basic, older, and with a small balcony. HVAC puts out no heat, only AC, apparently the norm in this temperate climate. Be prepared to pay an additional 200 beyond your vrbo fee for use of the hotel check-in service and amenities. Parking costs 41 per day.
