Pineapple Park Kona Policies & Conditions:
- We are an adults-only hostel (18+).
- Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
- If you expect to arrive late, please notify us in advance via text message.
- LATE CHECK-IN FEES apply as follows:
- 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM: $20
- 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM: $40
- No check-ins will be accommodated after midnight.
- A cleaning fee applies for single-night reservations:
- Dorm: $8
- Private room: $20
- The maximum length of stay is 14 days.
- Payments can be made upon arrival using cash, credit card, or debit card; we reserve the right to pre-authorize your card.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel for any reason, we require a 48-hour notice before your arrival for a refund. Please note that cancellations during peak seasons—Christmas (December 15 - January 15) and the Ironman Triathlon (October 1st - 14th)—are non-refundable. During these times, private rooms have a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, while dorms require a minimum of 5 nights.
