Puhala Hale is a unique residence with 4+ bedrooms and 2.5 baths, capable of accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Nestled on a spacious one-acre lot, this sanctuary ensures privacy while providing various relaxing spaces where you can enjoy the tranquility of the "Old Hawaiian" lifestyle, far removed from the busy tourist areas. While conveniently situated near popular Big Island attractions and pristine beaches, you’ll find that your visits to nearby natural wonders will have you returning time and again.

The layout of the home encompasses over 2,800 square feet, offering ample room for everyone. You can choose to spread out or gather in the great room, which boasts glass doors leading to the generous covered lanai that overlooks the ocean. The main living area features an inviting open floorplan ideal for entertaining, with seating options that include a sectional couch, love seat, and a Satellite TV/DVD player.

Your culinary adventures await in the gourmet kitchen, which is seamlessly connected to the living areas. Enjoy ocean views as you prepare meals on Italian granite countertops using high-end appliances, including a gas range and wine refrigerator.
