Additionally, construction work is set to commence at the neighboring property on 9/25/2023 and is expected to take approximately 12 to 14 months.

A mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies for reservations longer than 14 nights. Please note that access to the Club at Kukui'ula is not included with this rental.

Currently, the air conditioning in the main house is out of service; however, portable units are available in the bedrooms and living area to ensure your comfort. The ohana unit has fully functional air conditioning. As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering a 10-20% discount on the rate due to this situation.
