Please be aware that during your stay, exterior restoration work will take place throughout the complex. This includes updates to Ohia Wood Posts, railings on the second and third floors, trellises, and air conditioning enclosures for each building. The renovation will occur one building at a time over a 2-4 week period, starting July 2024 and projected to finish by March 2025, weather permitting. Please note that while this work is being performed, lanai furnishings will be relocated, and access to upper floor lanais will be through ladders. Specifically, work on Building J is scheduled from November 22 to December 9, 2024.

This property boasts new carpets and appliances installed in 2024, enhancing your experience. With your Hilton Pool Pass, you'll have access for up to six guests (children under five years old are excluded from this count). Your pass allows pool access from 4 PM on your arrival day until 11 AM on your departure day. You will find the pass and a detailed instructional letter waiting for you upon arrival.

One vehicle enjoys complimentary self-parking at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. With this pass, indulge in all pools, waterslides, and hot tubs at the hotel grounds, along with towel service by the poolside. There are no blackout dates, and you can use the fitness center from 9 AM to 5 PM for just $20 per person daily (regularly priced at $25). Locker rentals at the Kona pool are available for $10 per day. Please note that additional guests cannot be added to the pass, which is strictly for registered guests at ResorticaHawaii.com. Violation of this policy results in revocation of the pass, which cannot be sold or bought separately. If lost or damaged, a replacement fee of $250 will apply. Terms may change, so please stay informed.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers special golf benefits with discounted tee fees, costing $85 per person per round. Choose from three 9-hole courses: Kings Nine, Lakes Nine, and Beach Nine. Guests can combine two courses into an 18-hole round, and golf club rentals are available for $25. Instructions for utilizing these privileges will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. Please remember that rates are subject to change.

Your accommodations feature a comfortable bedding setup: a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds. Additional amenities include beach equipment for maximum occupancy, complimentary beach towels, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a portable cooler.

Please note that all vacation rentals are non-smoking, including the entire gated community. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom, and while we do not offer baby equipment, local rental services can assist you. Our properties do not allow pets, ensuring a clean environment for all guests. Parking is available for one car in the garage, with an option for a second vehicle based on availability in visitor spots. A parking pass must be displayed on your dashboard.
