This exceptional property boasts three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The master bedroom, which offers complete privacy, is situated outside the main residence off the front lanai. It features a full-sized memory foam bed, a garden view, a half bath, bedside reading lights, and a compact space heater for those cooler winter evenings.
The main floor hosts a comfortable bedroom with a queen memory foam bed, equipped with a small desk and closet—conveniently located across the hall from a full bath that includes both a tub and shower.
